Alignwell Chiropractic collects only the information needed to schedule care, deliver treatment and bill accurately: contact details, health history you share with us, and insurance information. Health records are stored in an encrypted practice-management system and handled according to HIPAA requirements.
We never sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing. Information is disclosed only to your insurer for billing, to other providers at your written request, or where the law requires it.
Website forms transmit over an encrypted connection and their contents reach only our front desk. You may request a copy or deletion of your records at any time by writing to hello@alignwell.clinic.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee equal to half the visit price. Fees quoted on this site are current self-pay rates and may change; insurance coverage is verified individually before treatment.
