Spinal Decompression
Gentle, computer-guided traction that takes pressure off discs and nerves — without surgery.

How decompression works
Discs have no direct blood supply — they rely on movement and pressure changes to stay healthy. Decompression therapy applies a slow, cycled stretch to the spine that gently separates the vertebrae, dropping the pressure inside the disc. That negative pressure helps bulging material retract and pulls in the fluid the disc needs to recover.
What a course looks like
Sessions are quiet and comfortable: you lie on the table, the system applies a programmed pull-and-release cycle for about twenty minutes, and most patients simply relax. A typical course runs two to three sessions a week over four to six weeks, alongside adjustments and core work that keep the gains.
Who it helps
Decompression is our go-to for herniated and bulging discs, sciatica that runs past the knee, and stubborn nerve pain that has not responded to hands-on care alone. It is also a serious alternative to consider before injections or surgery.
